Customer satisfaction comes first

In providing the services it offers, La Coro Impianti S.r.l. places customer satisfaction at the forefront, to be achieved through continuously improving company processes.

To this end, the organisation has decided to implement a Quality Management System in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, a fundamental tool for monitoring all company activities that impact the quality of the services provided.

Objectives to be achieved and quality indicators

La Coro Impianti S.r.l., based on the pre-established priority areas of commitment, annually determines the objectives it intends to achieve and establishes the relevant quality indicators.

The Management of La Coro Impianti S.r.l. undertakes to:

Spreading the culture of quality within the company at all levels; it also undertakes to communicate and spread its commitment to quality outside the company.

Guaranteeing customers a quality service, satisfying their explicit and implicit requirements.

Comply with the requirements of the law, current regulations (mandatory and/or voluntary) and company agreements.

To continuously improve the Quality Management System implemented regarding managing the design and installation process of vacuum cleaner systems.

To constantly monitor company processes to achieve the highest level of achievable effectiveness and efficiency and improve performance (continuous process improvement).

Plan processes with a risk-based thinking approach to implement the most suitable actions to assess and deal with the risks associated with the processes and exploit and reinforce the opportunities identified

All the company’s objectives and targets are defined and formalised in collaboration with the Quality Manager and all corporate functions involved, duly communicated and disseminated within the organisation during specific meetings.

The above objectives and targets are annually verified and defined during the annual Management Review and promptly communicated to the entire organisation.
